Why Apple not approve my app?

Hi there,
Although I apply for MFI PROGRAM and you approve my app Apple still complaining about this. Apple revivers answer is down here. 

We have started your app review but we are unable to complete the review, because we cannot locate the MFi Product Plan ID (PPID) of the hardware accessory associated with your app.

com.dji.common
com.dji.logiclink

If you do not know the PPID, please contact the accessory manufacturer for this information.

And that is the prove of your approval.

 

Do I make a mistake? What should I do now?

  Dear developer , Thank you for contacting DJI. Did you check if there`s the PPID on your developer background, and use it on your program(you could google how to use the PPID on the IOS program) ? And if it still does not work after using the PPID, then please provide your app name, and provide more details that how you use the PPID. Best Regards, DJI SDK Support Team

  Hi Zafer,
  Although it took for weeks, finally it was approved and published. My problem was I didn't tell the PPIDs that are given by DJI to the App Store reviewers. Make sure you give the PPIDs in notes section before submitting your app.

  Was your submission before or after the issue of DJI with Apple AppStore submissions?

  As I remember, first your app needs to be approved by DJI and then you submit your app to App Store.

  Hi Mustafa,

  I believe you have experience with app submission.

  When you submit MFi Program to DJI, how long did you get approved from DJI?

  I submitted approximate 6 days, but doesn't receive any feedback from DJI, just receive only message change status at the time that i submitted
