I want flighthub/Dock to work when it detects a person or animal.

I would like to connect my camera to my computer, and when the camera captures a person/animal, I would like to notify my computer of the information and have it run flighthub/dock when it is notified. Please let me know if there is a good way to do this.
I have solved the problem of notifications from the camera to the computer, but I don't know how to use flighthub/dock from there.

  Changing my question, can DOCK3 be developed with Edge SDK?
  We would like to create flight routes and playback audio.
