DJI Assistant 2 error message: Device not supported

I am going to work with Windows SDK but as you may know, prior to that I need to connect the RC of my phantom4 pro v2 (or any other product) to DJI assistant 2.
This step has been stuck since when I connect the USB cable of RC to PC and then power it up, the following message is shown:
"Device Not Supported. Please download the correct DJI Assistant in the official website product page".
Needless to say, I have downloaded the right version of DJI Assistant 2 for my phantom4 from DJI official website but it does not work.
Furthermore, after deep searching on the web I realized that it has something to do with "windows driver signature". I disabled it but it still does not work.
Any help is appreciate

  Please be noted that the Windows SDK project has been shut down and no longer updated and supported. It is lacking features and does not support many aircraft models. We strongly suggest you switch to Mobile SDK for your development.
