I am unable to update the M350 firmware.

I have an M350 with firmware version: 10.01.00.09. The DJI Assistant 2 Enterprise Series with version: 2.1.12. I am trying to upgrade the drone to version: 10.01.08.05 or 10.01.05.04. In the transmitting phase the process stays at 0% and after a while the transfer fails (5-0-4).
