MSDK Internet Connection

Does the DJI Mobile SDK (MSDK) always require an internet connection to operate, and is registration a one-time process, or does it need to be registered every time I launch the app?
I want to clarify whether a persistent internet connection is necessary for using the MSDK, and if registration only happens once or if it re-registers each time the app starts. Any insights into the SDK's registration and connectivity requirements would be greatly appreciated!

Dear developers, Hello, thank you for contacting DJI Innovation. Registration process: Registration is a one-time process. You need to call at application startup DJISDKManager.GetInstance ().RegisterApp method to register your application. At the first sign-up, the app downloads the flight safety packet from the network, and the sign-up begins only after the download is complete. After successful registration, you don't need to re-register every time you launch the app. Internet connection requirements: An Internet connection is required for the first registration to download flight safety packets.
