Connection Issues with DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Thermal and Mobile SDK

Hey all, 

I am trying to connect my DJI drone to my application to access its camera, but instead of connecting, it just says UNKNOWN_PRODUCT and does not show the video feed. 

I am using MOBILE SDK V5 on Android Studio Koala (17), with the RC being an Android 10 device and I am using the connection activity in the mobile sdk tutorials. 

Has anyone else faced the same issue?

  Could you confirm if you have installed the app on the remote control? What version of MSDK are you using?
