Detect 5D button Left, Right, Up, Down with MSDK5

The little short joystick button to the immediate left of the right joystick (It seems to be referred to as the 5D button in DJI Pilot 2) on the Mavic 3 Enterprise Controller enables certain configurable actions such as EV+- and zoom in the DJI Pilot 2 app.

In our app, I can detect the press with the Android onKeyDown callback, but how do we detect the left, right, up, down movements for this using MSDK5?
