(Docker) gives error: The network is abnormal, please check the backend service and try again

I am running the docker example on my linux wsl machine. I am facing the current issue after changing the base URL and websocket URL in the frontend https config.ts file. 

How to solve this issue and what changes have to be made in the config.ts file and application.yml file in the backend. Please tell me which ip's to use and to use ip of linux machine or windows machine as the ip of linux machine is mapped for ubuntu wsl. e.g windows ip start from 192.x.x.x and linux ip starts from 172.x.x.x . your help would be highly appreciated.
