The network is abnormal, please check the backend service and Docker stop mysql

I'm running demo-web, but the backend service is experiencing issues and the container cloud_api_sample-mysql-1auto has ended. I believe the container's CPU usage is not sufficient for it to run properly. I try to changes to the ip address baseurl and the url in the application.yml and config.ts files by the IP address in Ubuntu (ifconfig) but it is still wrong. Please help me resolve this issue.
