MQTT thing osd messages

I receive in mqtt sys/status messages from mavic 3t, but there are no thing osd messages in the log if mqtt server. the window.djiBridge.platformLoadComponent("thing",...) returns true, but window.djiBridge.thingGetConnectState() returns false, what could be the reason and how can I handle the issue?

  Please ensure that your cloud service is returning response messages in the correct format as required by the Cloud API documentation. https://developer.dji.com/doc/cloud-api-tutorial/en/api-reference/pilot-to-cloud/mqtt/topic-definition.html#status-reply-struct-example
