Sending a wireless signal from the remote controller to an external device

Behavioral description: 

When pressing one of the user defined buttons C1 or C2 on the remote controller, I would like to send a wireless signal from the remote controller to an external (embedded) device (e.g. RUT955, RaspberryPi or Arduino), to open or close an electric water valve. 

Questions:

1. Is this possible?
2. What wireless protocol can I use for this?
3. What SDK do I need to use to program the remote controller?
4. Is there a template project I can use to startup the developments? 
5. Are there any reference projects I can read to gather more information?

  Sorry, this function cannot be achieved through the remote controller. The remote control Pilot2 can only communicate with the drone and cannot communicate with third-party devices.
