Skyport 2.0 after failed to update not visibile anymore

Recently I updated the Matrice 300 firmware  (via dji Assistant 2 enterprise) to the last version (7.00.0100) as well I updated the remote controller to its last version. Then I tried to update the Skyport 2.0 but the updating failed and now I can't see anymore the skyport in the DJI Assistant 2 software. How can I fix the problem? Is there any way to factory reset the SkyPort?

  Please confirm the version of DJI Assistant2 you are using, and upgrade to 2.1.9. Then reinstall skyport v2 to the drone, restart the drone and check whether DJI Assistant2 can recognize it.

  Thank you for the answer. The version of the DJI Assistant 2 enterprise is already 2.1.9. Unfortunately, I can't reinstall the Skyport v2 since the DJI assistant2 is not "seeing" the Skyport as you can see in the two images. In fact, the software is only seeing the Matrice 300 RTK and not the Skyport.

  It seems that the drone can't recognize the skyport v2. Is there any other skyport that can be replaced to check if the skyport itself is faulty? If not, it is recommended to send this skyport to repair and check the hardware after sales.

  I changed the Skyport and now it is visible.
