T_DJICameraManagerLaserRangingInfo.enable_lidar doesn't work. Also, what are the exception codes?

As per the title, enable_lidar is always 1, even when the laser rangefinder on the H20 gimbal has been turned off using the Smart Controller.  This is an issue, as I need to be able to remind the user if they haven't turned it on.

Second, is there a table anywhere that shows what the exception codes mean?  I've seen 0, 1, and 3 so far, but it's not obvious what they're meant to indicate.

  exception： 0：normal 1：too close 2：too far 3：GPS not working 4：Ranging overrange
