Read ISO and Shutter speed values

I'd like to be able to read the dynamic values of both ISO and shutter speeds that the camera is using to take photos but the keys (CameraKey.IS and CameraKey.SHUTTER_SPEED) appear to report the current setting (in my case AUTO).

Can I get the values the camera is using?

  Normally the settings is the values that the camera is using. The problem is what is the real values for AUTO settings. I think the only way is read from photo's EXIF. The protocol gives us only the settings.
