Control M300 RTK using an App developed with WSDK in Manifold 2C

we have an M300 RTK drone with a Manifold 2C. We would like to control the Gimbal from the Manifold. We see that this is possible through the OSDK. However, due to other limitations we need to have Windows installed in the Manifold 2C. Is it possible to use WSDK to write an application to perform this task? or use OSDK to develop a windows app?
