    原因找到了，是v2.1.1中 PsdkOsal_GetTimeMs 函数中存放ms时间戳的变量为uint32_t，而我系统使用的时间是utc时间戳，会导致溢出，而获取接收pps打的时间戳是一个uint64_t 的数据类型，我打的pps时间戳是驱动层推送上来的，没有使用PsdkOsal_GetTimeMs函数获取，导致时间不匹配就无法同步上
