GimbalModule::Rotation 中的time，执行时间可以设置0.01s,设置时间过短会对云台有不良影响吗？是否有推荐的执行时间设置范围；如果有，最小的推荐设置执行时间是多少？

  执行时间设置过短可能会导致云台旋转不到位，这个没有推荐的执行时间，只要能旋转到位，时间设置稍大也无影响。
