Dji sensor error when sensors are disabled
CompletedWe are flying an M300 with OSDK 4.1.
We disable the Obstacle sensing sensors using DJI pilot. Even though we have done this, during the flight, we get on DJI pilot sensor system error. We think this is because our payload is on the bottom of the drone and covers some of the sensors. After this error occurs and we land, we can no longer arm the m300 anymore. It must be powered off and on again to continue running.

To submit the log, please send an email to dev@dji.com, and a network disk will be shared for you to upload the log. Regarding your question, because the TOF at the bottom of the M300 cannot be disabled, if you do not need to use the DJI sensor for positioning, you can evaluate to use an opaque sticker to cover the bottom sensor(vision and TOF) to avoid sensor triggering -
The Vision system can be disabled, but the infrared sensing system cannot be turned off. It should be noted that after blocking the sensor, it will affect the positioning and height measurement, please evaluate the flight safety. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/matrice-300/20220129UM/M300_RTK_User_Manual_EN_v3.2.pdf ![](https://djisdksupport.zendesk.com/attachments/token/RbREmcJtm2EAiqPlWcBRd3Jk4/?name=image.png)
