I have the DJI log file, can you send a link for me to upload it?

To submit the log, please send an email to dev@dji.com, and a network disk will be shared for you to upload the log. Regarding your question, because the TOF at the bottom of the M300 cannot be disabled, if you do not need to use the DJI sensor for positioning, you can evaluate to use an opaque sticker to cover the bottom sensor(vision and TOF) to avoid sensor triggering

I have requested the link. I would like to confirm that there is no way to turn this off and that the only option is to put stickers over the sensors. Can you send a diagram of explicitly which sensors need to be covered?

The Vision system can be disabled, but the infrared sensing system cannot be turned off. It should be noted that after blocking the sensor, it will affect the positioning and height measurement, please evaluate the flight safety. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/matrice-300/20220129UM/M300_RTK_User_Manual_EN_v3.2.pdf ![](https://djisdksupport.zendesk.com/attachments/token/RbREmcJtm2EAiqPlWcBRd3Jk4/?name=image.png)

I have uploaded the data to drop spot ZD-61256. Can you please check the data and tell us which sensor is having the issue and which ones we need to cover specifically. A picture with circles would be appreciated.
