OSDK is a protocol used to communicate between the onboard computer and the drone. I'm sorry, I don't know what your payload drop hook means.but the DJI SDK cannot recommend it. If you use the Payload drop hook developed by DJI Payload SDK, you can evaluate using PSDK to communicate with OSDK. About DJI Payload SDK: https://developer.dji.com/payload-sdk

I am planning to use dji recommended Drop hook  PTS4, , which you mentioned in in you website :

    https://enterprise-insights.dji.com/blog/m300-third-party-payloads

How to get the Payload detail for this Drop Hook from OSDK?

Because the product Drop hook PTS4 is a device developed by the developer using PSDK, OSDK support needs to develop the corresponding function, it is recommended that you directly consult the device manufacturer(http://www.jlidrone.com/) whether it can support OSDK.

Sorry, DJI currently only provides PSDK for developers to develop payloads, and the specific products are developed and produced by developers.
