Crash app when close channel of MOP connection with OSDK

I got issue when transfer data via MOP channel between OSDK and MSDK.

I use this function for reading msg in the loop:

let readData = pipeline.readData(256, error: nil)

When OSDK close channel, my app is crashed.

How can check channel is alive? or how can try catch the error at here?
