Data transmission between external devices using M30

Could you clarify some questions?

I have to transmit data between two PC (laptop as ground station, raspberry PI4 as aircraft payload). If I understand correctly I should develop an android application for RC using MSDK and application for PI4 using PSDK. I can't understand how mobile and payload applications interact each other. Should I simply use sendDataToPayload method of IPayloadManager of MSDK to send data to PSDK application which is running on PI4?

P.S. I use M30 + e-port. Data package size is about 1 kB. Packages are sent once per second.
